That’s why I wanted to share with you some steps on how you can cut your hourly work week in half.

Set Boundaries and Your Hours

Many photographers are on their own and working from home, so it’s important to establish boundaries with your clients and learn to say no when you need to.

Give your day structure by making it known that you’re not always available, and do not budge. Make your hours clear to clients, family, and friends. Separating work from life is important and you must stick to your calendar in order to be productive during work hours and still maintain your own life and sanity when you’re off the clock.

You can easily manage your calendar, sync it with your Google calendar, and if you have staff see their calendars as well with our smart calendar scheduler in your Full Frame Systems account.

Covering such subjects as fraud and litigation as well as bankruptcy and other similar topics

Automated Email Notifications

Instead of manually writing out each time when a project or shoot is added, updated, or complete you can set up automated email notifications to go to your clients and staff.

For instance let’s say you have completed a photo shoot and uploaded your photos. Now you can automatically send over the property website, flyers, virtual video tours and any other items the client requested to them with a simple click.

If you added a photo shoot task to be completed by one of your team members it will automatically notify them with an email, so they are prepared for the photo shoot. Your client will also be automatically notified with their invoice and when an order is updated.

Check out more on how email notifications can help with your business here.

You can also check out how these features work for your business with a 30 day free trial or a demo on our website.

Managing Your Staff

Managing your staff is a whole job in itself. Whether it’s making sure they’re following tasks correctly, scheduling times based on their schedule and the client’s schedule, or paying them appropriately this can be a weekly task that eats through your time.

To reduce some time on your part we allow you and your team to easily manage their own profiles in Full Frame Systems.
